Springtime is the official name for this pattern.
The anniversary logo is identical to other known pattern pieces produced by the Silver City Glass Company. Springtime seems very typical of the other patterns due to the daintiness and place-ment of the designs on the glass dishes. In fact, several different designs adorn these same plates. This plate has 4 small feet and measures 14" in diameter.

By carefully examining the Anniversary logo appearing on several dishes, I found that the shape of the number 5 was identical. So also were the letters "th" following the numbers plus the letters were all capitals, again identical, in the word Anniversary. Furthermore, the shape of the logo outline was exactly the same including the small circle underneath on the far right side.
On the right is a celery dish adorned with this same pattern. The bouquet is smaller, but yet contains the same identity bearing blossoms especially in the lower portion of the design. This smaller pattern maintains balance within the dish.

A new picture showing the same design has since been seen that did have the Silver City Glass tag on it. That photo verifies my conclusions about the maker of this pattern.

For quite some time I have considered this pattern to be done by Silver City Glass Company.

Springtime is the official name according to recent correspondence in March of 2005.
